Staff discussion area.

I suggest either making a board for staff members to discuss things in that normal users can't see. Maybe one board for all staff or a Mod board that only mods and admins can see, and then an Admin board that only admins can see.

I brought this up because I've had a few questions about modding, but I'm not sure where to put it.
